Dr. Samuel Kofi Dzamesi, the former Minister of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, has officially announced his withdrawal from the parliamentary race in the Ketu North constituency of the Volta region under the banner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). This decision is based on personal considerations and convictions.
In a formal communication addressed to the election committee, Dr. Dzamesi expressed his optimism that the NPP could significantly benefit from the infusion of new talents and innovative perspectives into its ranks. Consequently, he has issued a clarion call for unity within the party, urging its members to rally behind the candidate whom they collectively believe possesses the attributes required to effectively represent their interests and tirelessly advance the party's agenda in the constituency.
