A group of Ghanaian celebrity impersonators, known as the Four Kings Lookalike Association, have released a song in response to rapper Medikal's criticism of their activities. The group composed the track in reaction to Medikal's warning that they should stop pretending to be artists and instead seek legitimate employment.
The impersonators, who bear a resemblance to popular Ghanaian musicians such as Kuami Eugene and King Promise, have hit back at Medikal and other critics in the song, telling them to mind their own business and leave them to enjoy their newfound fame.
The group's response has sparked amusement among Ghanaians, although some musicians such as Joshua of the Keche group have expressed frustration with celebrity impersonators profiting from their image.
